Returns and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the Services operated by Cicada Dragon, LLC, doing business as The Market Lovers™ (“The Market Lovers,” “TML,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, purchasing a product, or subscribing to any Services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Digital Products (Including PDFs)

All sales of digital products are final.

This includes, without limitation, downloadable files, PDFs, digital toolkits, templates, guides, recordings, and any other digital content delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscriptions and memberships provide access to content, community features, or services on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future billing.

No refunds are provided for:

• prior charges

• partial billing periods

• unused time

• missed sessions or unused access

Access to subscription features may remain available until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Physical Products (If offered)

If we offer physical products, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

• the item must be unused and in its original condition

• the item must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable

Refunds will not be issued for:

• personalized or custom-made items

• final sale or clearance items (if disclosed at purchase)

• items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Promotions, Discounts, and Incentives

Refund eligibility is not affected by promotions, discounts, incentives, bundles, or special offers unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a question or concern regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services.
